Tekki Shodan

Yoi. In heisoku-dachi place the left hand over the right hand, in front of the groin.

1. Look to east and lowering the stance cross the left foot over the right foot to kosa-dachi.

2. Shift the weight to the left leg, raise the right leg upward and stamp the floor in kiba-dachi to east. Execute right chudan kake-te-uke (open hand block) to east.

3. Left mae-empi to east twisting the upper part of the body

4. Look west and pull both fists to kamae at the right hip.

5. Left gedan barai to west.

6. Right kagi-tsuki to west with left arm in kamae at the left hip.

7. Cross the right foot over the left foot to kosa-dachi.

8. Shift the weight to the right leg, then raise the left leg upward and stamp it to the floor in kiba-dachi to west while looking to north and executing right chudan uchi-uke to north.

9. Left haiwan jodan nagashi uke (left fist near the left ear) and right gedan uke.

10. Left ura-zuki with the right fist placed under the left elbow.

11. Look to west. Execute nami-gaeshi with the left foot, then stamp it to the floor returning in kiba-dachi and executing a reversed chudan uke to the west with the left arm, while the right fist remains under the left elbow.

12. Look to east. Execute nami-gaeshi with the right foot, then stamp it to the floor returning in kiba-dachi and executing a chudan uke to the east with the left arm,while the right fist remains under the left elbow.

13. Look west, and pull both fists to the right hip.

14. Left chudan tsuki and right kagi-tsuki to the west. KIAI

15. Left chudan kake-te-uke (open hand block) to west.

16. Right mae-empi to west twisting the upper part of the body.

17. Pull both fists to kamae at the left hip.

18. Right gedan barai to the east.

19. Left kagi-tsuki to the east with right arm in kamae at the right hip.

20. Cross the left foot over the right foot to kosa-dachi.

21. Shift the weight to the left leg, raise the right leg upward and stamp the floor in kiba-dachi to the east and execute left chudan uchi-uke to north.

22. Right haiwan jodan nagashi uke (right fist near the right ear) and left gedan uke.

23. Right ura-zuki with the left fist placed under the right elbow.

24. Look to the east. Execute nami-gaeshi with the right foot, then stamp it to the floor returning in kiba-dachi and executing a reversed chudan -uke to the east with the right arm, while the left fist remains under the right elbow.

25. Look west. Execute nami-gaeshi with the left foot, then stamp it to the floor returning in kiba-dachi and executing a chudan uke to the east with the right arm; the left fist remains under the right elbow.

26. Look east, and pull both fists to the left hip.

27. Execute right chudan tsuki and left kagi-tsuki . KIAI

Yame. Return to heisoku-dachi drawing back the right foot placing the left hand over the right hand in front of the groin.
