To date, I have not found an insurance company who will insure children under the age of Five years old and it is my firm belief that such insurance can not be obtained.
To that end, if you discover a karate or other martial arts club that practices such training and more especially one where one-to-one or even free-style sparring is taught & practiced, be sure to thoroughly check that the organisation have the necessary insurance cover, in the eventuality that an accident may happen during exercise & training. As can often happen with "toddlers" below the age of 5.
